Honey Digestive Biscuits

Here's an easy biccie recipe. They are lovely to eat with cheddar.

Honey Digestive Biscuits

8oz plain wholemeal flour
half tsp salt
4oz marg
2 tbl sp runny honey

Rub in marg and flour, add honey. Roll out thinly and cut into 2" rounds.
Bake at 150c for 20 mins.

Makes loads! Enjoy

This sounds good, I love digestives with cheddar cheese. Also my daughter is diabetic so using honey rather than sugar is a good thing for her. Will definitely give this recipe a try, thanks
