Hiya 

I have gone and done it again! 

On 23rd April I bough 1 light sussex 1 rhode island red and 4 cherry valley ducks, and said "right thats is enough now" these new additions brought the total to 5 hens and 17 ducks.

Well today I had a call from mr poultry, as my mum left my number for him to call me when he had some silkies in.  So off we go, parents and I, to buy mum's silkies and all the way I am saying "no I am not buying today"

So mum buys her 4 silkies, and I then blurted out "do you have any bluebells!"

So yea, I now have another 2 mouths to feed, will post some pics later, once I get over the shock!  And I deliberatley did not walk around looking, as I was feeling rather weak to spending more money on hens 

They certainly do get you hooked though.

Manlea1, the dog is Cara, and yea she is a Staff, I think she has her eye on the donut, rather than Tilly lol.  Cara has been a star, with all the waifs and strays that come here.  Just the other week when a duckling was stuck on the pond and on its last legs her and my cat were licking it in front of the fire lol

She does love a tumble with Horace, my drake, though, although he does start it.  I have a video of them playing, but not sure how to get it onto here, he has made her yelp a few times, he catches her on her ears, bless her
