      Evening All

                        I limed and of my four beds last october, november. they all were about 5.5ph.
                          I shall start rotovating in early March, and I was wondering if it would be ok
                          to spread  some soil condioner afterwards, or will there be an adverse
                           reaction. any advice would be warmly received.

I think it depends what you use Hiccup.  Rotted manure should have had the acids washed out of it, which would raise pH, but it may be worth doing another test before you plant up.  Rotted green waste shouldn't cause any reaction.

Most manures are pretty neutral when fully mature, so won't raise the pH of your soil. The lime has been there long enough not to react with it to any significant degree. As New Shoot has mentioned, it may be worth retesting your soil as 5.5 is pretty low for most crops - depending on your soil type it could take some shifting.

(Have to ask what sort of pH tester you used - most probe-types have a poor reputation for reliability.)

Thanks for your replies guys, I was'nt planning on using manure shooters, just a bucket of
     stuff from marshalls. the ph, jayg, I tested with the powder and solutions in the little
       bottles. I did a lot of tests over the four beds, and they were all roughly the same.
        last year was my first on this bit of land, prior to that it was pasture for the last
        thirty odd years.
