I love it - but can't keep up with the eating. I don't like jam. Anyone got any recipes please?

Make some liqueur!

And some compote too to add to yoghurts if there's still more....

And raspberry dip for fruit kebabs - great healthy snack for little ones, and big ones too!

If you have a biggish jar, layer the fruit, sugar, rum/brandy and keep layering whatever fruit is in season through out summer for a yum grown up icecream sauce in a few months. Google rumptopf for a precise recipe. Or maybe there's one on this forum?

I've made three batches of raspberry ice cream already!  And still the raspberries keep coming!  I think I'll donate some to my sister who wants to make raspberry vodka.....as long as I get a sample!

Anybody got the recipe for bottling? And freezing, yes have frozen loads but then still have them. Want nice ways of EATING them.
