Leeks, one large parsnip, kale, sprouts, Savoy cabbage with lettuce mizuna and mustard from the greenhouse. My swedes are hardly worth bothering with, but Bill's next door are like footballs!

A few boilings of sprouts, green & red. A 5ft row of parsnips yield8ng some fair sized specimens, got a bit of canker but nothing to worry about, some more carrots with carrot fly😥 and a bucket full of beetroot, that I hope will cook up fine into a goodly few jars of chutney.

I don't know why, but some reason I'd never considered beetroot chutney, so obvious!
