Water coming from my rooster mouth as he is drinking too much of water and after dropping some water he drinks some more. please tell me the reason and how to cure it

It might be worth shining a torch down his throat to see if there is an obstruction there, or is it because he can't tilt his head back to get the water to run down his throat.  That might indicate another issue.
