Hubbs - what are you like!  ::)
Sow your seeds, plant your plants. What's the difference? A couple of weeks or more when answering possible queries!

Back to the drawing board.  :(

Make one?  Shorea - bangkirai is one of the alternative names used to sell it - is available from your local builders merchant. :)

Yep, decided to go for the first choice and make the extra room. It's worth it and even cheaper at £74.99 on Amazon  :)

Well I got the bench and constructed it looks lovely in the garden BUT after only a month it is showing signs of cracking, one at the join of the arm rest which will eventually fall away. This looks like it won't last long. There were also scuffs on some parts of the wood on arrival, one quite bad chip. Ordered on Amazon so is it worth complaining ?

We got two sets of Christmas lights from Amazon for the last event. One stopped working having been up (outside) for about a week. They were replaced without quibble virtually next day from Germany. Good service. :)

Definitely worth it. You won't find out if they're prepared to help if you don't.

I read another review from a customer for this very same bench from the same seller and she said that  the same thing happened, it cracked in a very short time. She said the seller was unhelpful and said she had to return the item at her own expense. I am not prepared to do that.

Here is the bench in full glory. Mended the splits with linseed oil and we got £40 knocked off the bill because of this. So it only cost £35.

Thanks. The aesthetics I am happy with, just need to nail the pests and other "problems"

With the small table, bottle and glass of wine you would have a lovely image for a greetings card hubballi.   ;)
