Never keep leftover fruit juice as a top up in a sealed bottle.

I used a flip top....just need to paint the ceiling and walls  :lol:

Been there, with elderberry juice everywhere!

Funny stuff yeast isn't it; you think it'll just make you enough alcohol, but never tells you that it may take over the spare bedroom..;0)
