[Mark's Sussex Allotment]

Hi Guys,

I have put my celery in to a planter that is about 1sq metre, and about about 8 inches deep.

After about 4-5 days the outer leaves have started to go a light yellow colour, almost like a post-it note colour.

Any ideas?

i put my seedlings out on the plot last week  there the same   im sure they will be ok   just time to settle in

Did you harden them off before planting out?

Did you feed them?

How moist is the soil?

As Yorkie said: "were they hardened off correctly"?  Celery hates to be checked in any way. 

It needs lots of water and should NEVER get dry.
