I am a novice in 2nd year of making mistakes and learning by them!

I sowed sweet peas about 3 weeks ago and they are in a heated greenhouse. They are already about 10 inches high with several sets of leaves. Do I pinch them out? Should I take them out of the warm greenhouse? Or, did I sow them too soon?

I think if I look at them I can actually see them growing.........

I certainly would pinch them out  Have you got a cold frame where you could gradually get them used to colder weather and slow them down a bit?

Mine are doing quite well in a cold greenhouse, so perhaps sow later next year if you are going to heat yours again

and if you donlt have a cold frame, then just set them out during the day and bring them back in at night.

Pinch them out to about two inches, and they will grow more shoots and be just fine

Mine are in an unheated plastic 'greenhouse' and are thriving, without growing too fast
