Turkey has had a go at hubby a few times, but yesterday morning she decided I was fair game.....I had to fend her off with my flip-flop and a swift whack across the bum! I had not long given her a piece of lettuce too, so much for being kind to her

Hhhhmmm, perhaps she sees herself as top Turkey and sees you lot as her minions.  I didn't know turkeys get aggressive!

I remember being taken into the turkey shed to pick our Christmas turkey and Dad had to put me on his shoulders to keep me out of pecking distance Grandpa was always being attacked by them but it never put him off
