When I go to my AllotmentI see this on my cherry tree leaves Going yellow Every couple of days there's a few of them

Probably too dry at the roots - most of the trees are beginning to shed leaves - we need a good downpour or two.

I only planted it this year

It hasn't had a chance to grow a good root system, then, give it a thorough drenching if you can.
If not all you can do is keep your fingers crossed, like everyone else.
