So Brian gets a turkey farm for Christmas then ?
He who asks is a fool for five minutes, but he who does not ask remains a fool forever.

Brian's always wanted a turkey farm for Christmas Richy!!

He's also discovered a wonderful way to make us rich!!!   Getting me to work harder!!!!!! lol

He's now decided I can have a website, not just a blog, can grow POL's, meat chooks, turkeys, geese, ducks, sell them online, make sausages and burgers and sell them online (in between looking after the website!)

Then on another page I can sell my homemade cakes and jams and chutneys!!!!

what's Brian's position in all this activity?  He builds the sheds!!!!!!

Depends how big you want them?

Brian says a 20-22lber will take about 22 weeks, 8 weeks for a 10lb bird!

I still enjoy eating it tho'!! Me and my hubby do flirt with the idea of being veggies but have decided that its not realistic (knowing our love of meat) so we buy good quality free range meat that we feel that the animals have not been unduly mistreated....
