Purple Sprouting Broccoli starting to sprout?

I have a few small spears starting on my early purple sprouting broccoli some already in flower. Should I pick them now, I thought it was not until Feb/March next year before they were ready for cutting?

There was a similar post earlier from someone who'd planted a variety of PSB which gives spears in July. Most varieties are ready Feb/Mar

It was me!
I had a crop yesterday, it was delicious.
But I grew these thinking they were for next spring, have I lost my chance of growing for next spring now?

They are cut and come again PT so it depends on how long they keep producing side shoots.

Aunt Sally, how will i know when they are over? and I actually meant can I grow from seed anything now for next Spring, as this was a mistake, hence my surprise when they started sprouting. I am getting overwhelmed by all this stuff.
