Hi all,i have a conference pear tree about 3yrs old its not showing any fruit and the leaves are looking really bad ,hope you can help

IIRC you can get Black Spot (often seen on roses) on pear leaves.
I'm not sure there are any fungicides you can use on edible fruit trees. Even for roses they are few and far between nowadays 


Lack of fruit could be due to this year's late frosts or lack of suitable pollinator.

Looks like scab - although the pictures are not the best. Absolutely nothing you're allowed to do about it now. The best you can do is practise good hygiene when the leaves fall, it shouldn't impact fruit setting and unless it's really bad it won't kill the tree, just reduce it's vigour.

No fungicides are currently being produced for use by home gardeners on trees from which the fruit will be consumed.
