They all look fine, except the one in the fourth picture, which does look like the ends of the branches may have been frosted.  Lower down there are healthy enough looking leaves, so wait until March or April, when the worst of the winter weather is over, then just trim off the damaged bits.

All look fine to me, too. Just normal winter lavender.
