Thought I'd give it a try at £20. Currently in a food grade bin with a beer belt and a bath towel over it to keep the heat in. Fumes, fumes, fumes.

I will be decanting these into demijohns before storing with the others as I do not need bottled wine at the mo. Any not demijohned can be tasted so will pass on comments.

Haven't bothered to add the extra sugar and it has cleared nicely in the bin. Will move onto a coffee table so it can be demijohned next week when OH home...might bottle some as well.
