Just have to add my anger at the local pound shop.....  having gone in there yesterday to get a rake head (wouldnt normally buy cheap tools as they dont last, but rakes seem to have changed over the years to flimsy ones and i wanted a box standard rake!) but only to find that the gardening section was suddenly covered in giant spiders webs, witch masks and broomsticks!!!  Not even the seed rack in sight!!  
The whole lot gone....  like no-one goes near the soil when theres a hint of cold coming!!!

It's great isn't it? Not all bad, mind you. Wilkos had some greenhouse clips reduced to half their already low priceas they clear for Christmas.  Christmas is sort of based on Christmas - it's the season of lots of buying .
