Due to moving around for the past few years we have been growing in pots. This year I decided to take the plunge and start in the garden (sick of waiting) 

I have my name down for an allotment and when I rang the other day they said I am 6th on the list which apparently is good. Luckily I live in same street as the allotments now too

Our first year growing as well,we took the plot over about a year ago ,but was so overgrown we only managed a few runners last year,cant wait for our first spuds to be dug and everything else we have planted to grow,good luck with your garden .

We have spuds too for the first time in over 10 year. I can't wait. Mind you, the peas never make it to the kitchen. The kids eat them while helping 

Our garden is only about 6x8 m so I have taken to digging up the lawn. Everyone thinks I'm mad and obsessed at the mo
