Manure & Compost.

I have a very old heap of Manure, so the question is, when does a heap of manure stop being a heap of manure and become a heap of compost ?

I think it stays manure, just well rotted.

Manure = animal poop
Compost = rotted plant material.

Could I use this "Compoop" on ground that I want to sow stuff like Swead and Carrots in this year ?

Yes for swedes but no for carrots, unless you want carrots that Esther Rantzen would be proud of!
