Planted early spring before any signs of growth.. leafs have always looked curled and I have recently noticed there are marks on the leafs (see pics) No bugs seen on the leafs... Can anyone tell what it is and how to treat?

The top pic could be leaf spot, a bacterial infection. the lower pic could be pear blister mite damage if the spots are a bit raised.

Try spraying against these, but I'm not sure what is best. Ask at your local garden centre and take the leave samples so they can better assess for which particular spray.

We have several fruit trees and every year had some problem or other with them.

Then we read about a 'tree wash'. It is sprayed on every year on Boxing day. Something for him to do whilst she is wondering what to do with yesterdays left overs, the article said.

We found some at the local garden centre and use it every year and have had no problem since.
If it rots compost it
If it burns burn it
If it is chocolate eat it

We always wash/spray our fruit trees in the dormant season with Jeyes fluid. It minimises fungal problems.

Are there any organic alternatives?

I think the others are talking about a lime oil and sulphur spray combo. It's all organic and done prior to the trees budding. Mostly it kills overwintering insects and diseases on the tree itself.
Again, I suggest your take samples to your garden center and ask for an organic solution. Many centers are carrying organic products these days.

Thanks again, I am on the right track now, reading up on several organic alternatives.

Looks like Bordeaux mixture is best for treating now and  lime and sulphur spray over winter.
