I did two trays of roast garden veggies with fat king prawns

My haul included red onions, a fat white spring onion, garlic, chilli, parsnip, Charlottes, carrots, courgette, beetroots, tomatoes, flat leaf parsley.

I felt proper smug 🙂

You deserve to!   :)

Marrow rings stuffed with Thai style pork mince on buttered potatoes, gravy, runners (yes, another house where the question is "what would you like with your runner beans tonight dear?"  :D ).

I've not satisfied my curry munchies so going for more tonight.  Chicken curry with the leftovers of the spicy potatoes, rice and whatever else I get inspired to make tonight  :D

Some of my white beans are nicely dry, so I'm cooking my first Gigandes plaki sto forno (Greek Giant baked beans)  :D Some garlic bread and salad bits will go with it nicely.

Bit of a first tonight - homemade sauerkraut.  Got plot spuds, so just need to pick up some sausages (and maybe a beer ) on the way home and we're off  :D

That's different!  Tell us how it goes ...

Here it is beef casserole, with little potatoes cooked in it and runners (how did you guess! ) on the side.

i love those gigantic Greek beans  :D

I bought some diced beef from the butcher along with all sorts of other goodies. Got it all home and was unpacking it and my cubed beef turned out to be veal escalopes  :D  Oooooh  :tongue2:

Bit of a first tonight - homemade sauerkraut.

This was good, but it is really filling   The fermentation process does shrink a lot of cabbage down into a few spoonfuls, so it made sense when I thought about it.  I fancy hot dogs with kraut next  :)

Picture here of the finished product.
