Lamb mince, garlic, onions, tomatoes, courgettes and potatoes, all layered in the slow cooker with a lamb stock(cube) and mixed herbs.
As it seems to have changed from summer to winter over the last few days  :(

I know what you mean.  Filthy black cloud is drifting over and OH has gone to dig the last of the spuds ...

Tonight will be cold pork and coleslaw (summer), runners and fried leftover potatoes (autumn).  And maybe a taste of last years sloe gin (winter) just to see if it is ready for drinking.

 :D :D :D

I'm having a strop about the ending of summer, so summery food at least is on the menu for one last hurrah.  French cheese, fresh bread and salad for lunch, pizza and coleslaw for dinner.

Pizza here as well, with garlic bread slices and salad, but all bought from the Co-op and stashed in the fridge as we are both late back tonight.

That sounds like a plan  :)

It's been quite nice today, so no need for a 'winter' tea. So it's sea bream on the griddle with tomatoes, cue, shredded cabbage and mmm... was going to say chips, but don't want to put the oven on just for them, so a small jkt done in the microwave  :D

Curry munchies here tonight.  Vegetable korma, rice and a carton of beetroot curry out the freezer.  Warming to the cockles.   :)

Slow cooker leg of lamb.  :tongue2:  with all the usual and a handful of HG French beans. Not as satisfying  as slow cooker piggy and far more expensive but tasty nonetheless.  :D

Tonight will be spinach and feta quiche.  The question is will it be with salad and chips, or veggies and steamed potatoes.  Dare I ask OH which he prefers?   :D

It was chips and salad!
