Im also nuking a spud  I have some left over tuna from ML's lunches - I figure today is about as long as I dare leave it before binning it.  I can't find any mayo though  :( tuna's just not right without mayo.

I had a mayo crisis yesterday too - could have sworn there was a spare in the cupboard!  I think I am going to have to go shopping today.  :(

Last night was cold chicken, salad and (shock horror) bought malted bread.  Normal service will resume today with a chicken pasta salad (the scraps from the carcass) and I'll put a loaf in the machine tonight.

Almost repeat of Monday as we still have ham left, might not be with coleslaw, but salad & pickles. Bit weary after making the first of the new season jam

Left over slow-cooked brisket (Stifado-style - bit warm for it today really but if I can eat it in Greece I can eat it here! ;))

Shredded a large lump slow cooker cow to do beef and black bean chilli with but the CBA fairy dropped round and it ended up with mash and mixed veg instead.

Tonight will be potato cakes with duck eggs and grilled toms, mushrooms.  Keeping it simple at the moment to keep the CBA fairy away.

Found some frozen tomatoes at the bottom of ML's freezer , defrosted, blitz and poured over pasta. Wish Id have saved some of the beef from last night it would have been nicer with some in  :tongue2:
