If it was a spammer just posting random stuff everywhere, they would be removed for just that reason.  They post nonsense, re-start old threads for no purpose and generally mess the forums up.  We get them regularly, but the mods or John deal with them very quickly  ;)

Actually, I really do get fed up when anything isn't fixed level.

There are several examples around here, where a spirit level is a thing of the past, and fences, signs etc, are chucked up with no sense of horizontal alignment!
