Title: Mincemeat.

Busy day in the kitchen on Thursday. Curried Banana Chutney, a few extra Spicy Pickled Onions, and a new one for me, Mincemeat for Mince pies etc.
 Never one to blow my own trumpet, .....(Wot?????) but it does taste rather good.
 Might be the Brandy in it!!!!!!

I made a few jars last year and have one that'll be nicely matured by pie-making time.

OOOH Debs, lucky you!!
I've got to do another batch (or 2) as it's  proved so popular.
Must make sure I keep some for myself this time!
