I want to make my plot work really hard this year.  I've got a huge greenhouse on it which generally stands empty over the winter even though it produces enough tomatoes to start a Spanish tomato fight in the summer.  What can I be planting indoors/outdoors over the next few months that will overwinter and give me a crop in the cold or be ready for the spring?  I'm already planning onions, garlic, spring greens, broad beans.  What am I missing out?  This is the time of year I usually get lazy but I want to get organised this year.  Any thoughts folks.
