I've gone ahead and ordered some to try.  I'm developing a permanent veg bed down the lotty and this is a great addition!

That looks very interesting  I presume they taste like standard cauliflowers? And they last 4 or 5 years? They have to be tried!

Am I right in thinking they are similar to the Romanesque broccoli? I'm sure I have grown them in the distant past and thought they were still reasonably available.
I work very hard so don't expect me to think as well.
