Making cakes and biscuits for a car boot with all mine today. Lucky people who buy them. They can be really difficult to break up though, being super fresh.

lovely , my daughter gets me some from one of her work mates they have such a rich coloured yolk hubby loves them , I don't eat eggs with runny yolks myself , now every one wants them so a bit thin on the ground now .

You might have to crack the shell a bit harder, but they are so much nicer. I get mine from a local person and can no longer stomach shop eggs. Free range tends to spoil you that way.  8)

Now that OH has stopped incubating eggs I now have his to use up. Lucky my new hens aren't laying! Making quiches and cakes for the freezer for when we are busy, but still have loads. I think my Russian neighbour might get lucky this week.

I only eat mine with runny yolks (no cockerel with mine) and only if they are only today's or yesterday's, I am enjoying having boiled eggs again. :D
