I've just had a very pleasant chat to a young lady at Parasene about my soil warming cable that has just gone PHUT!  It was my fault due to rotating the temp controller and short circuiting,  but that is by the by. 

I wanted to know if I could buy just the controller and not have to buy the cable,  the lady she said yes but not until September as they are out of stock.  She said that the heating cable  can be run directly from a 3 pin plug, not using a thermostat as the cable cuts out at 74 degrees C (I can't see how but never mind) I still prefer a controller.  So roll on September

Now a gripe, I was sent up so many allyways on Gurgle via every garden centre and on-line seller in the country before I finally got Parasene's number.
