Someone turned summer on

A warm 16c , blue skies and no rain. There was a bit of a breeze taking the edge off but nothing horrific and I was down to just a t-shirt from yesterdays t-shirt, sweater and hoodie.

I don't think there's much wrong with it - just needs some sunshine like we all do.

You could put a thin layer of new compost/soil mix on top of the old stuff, that might help it, when the weather finally warms up.

Just picked up four 75L bags of Clover peat based compost for �28. Not repeating my mistake of using the Lidl peat free this year which was awful stuff, full of rubbish, dirty and many plants just didn�t grow in it and had to be repotted. Everything is more than happy with this stuff. Might have to stockpile some for future years until the peat free stuff becomes reliable.
