Does anyone know of a good supplier of garden gypsum, that is reasonably priced? Finding it difficult.

I've never seen gypsum advertised.  Will ordinary lime do?

Its a shame the postage on that quantity is more than the cost of the item. :( Would this not be available from a good garden centre or more old-fashioned nursery in your area?

Gypsum is getting very hard to find for gardeners with clay soil. Few people understood its use with clay soil so retail suppliers got stuck with a lot and wouldn't carry it again.

Now it mostly goes to the plasterboard industry. So, if you can find some scrap plasterboard and you have a decent hammer, you can make your own.
