I am absolutely shameless. When I go to see Terence, any passengers try to hide or shut the window whilst I TALK to him. We won't go into gobble speak, not the right forum I feel.

I was thinking about getting a pet turkey too but when I mentioned it my husband he rolled his eyes so far back in his head I thought he was having a fit.....he's never been too hot on my feathered friends.
All my 11 hens have cute little names like Doris, Floppsy and Queenie but he refers to them only as 'DumbAss 1, DumbAss 2, DumbAss.....' you get the picture

If he thinks the chooks are dumb goodness knows how he'd deal with a turkey!!!

Oooooooh I want one. He is loverly. The only turkeys I have seen over here are white just like my mate Terence. When I talk to Terence his head goes all purple and pink :shock:
