Practically my whole crop of peas(Twas enough for 4 + a toddler for dinner)😊, last of the broad beans,& first of the French beans & inadvertently some of the ying yang beans( I’d forgotten they were there, they’re really for the beans). The first of the rocket potatoes. Another batch of lettuce, this has done brilliantly, some has gone to seed but most is still going strong

This was yesterday, but got courgettes, cukes, french beans and cabbage from the plot, plus the first few outdoor toms.  Then picked a load of cherry toms from the greenhouse.

Everyday there are cucs to pick yesterday there’s was 4 beauties from the spare Chinese slangen I planted out at the plot around the leaf mold container, I spied lots more today when I was watering the greenhouse, it will be pickle time soon at this rate.

Last couple of Heart and Hispi cabbage including a very tiny one, borlotti beans, french beans, tomatoes, cukes and beetroot.

The beetroot are one from Real Seeds that have been bred to produce nice leaves for eating.  The leaves are very tender and juicy and the beetroot are sweet and tasty, so I am pleased with these  :D

Most things a fair bit earlier than usual here due to the weather.

Big strawberry crop started on 11th June, at least a week ahead of usual. Now finished of course.

Yesterday and today....Epicure & Red Duke of York, yellow courgettes, beetroot, turnip, carrots, french beans (about 2 weeks ahead of normal), broad beans, peas and salad leaves. Tomato crop in full swing indoor and out now - latter is very early for here.

All shallots and garlic lifted 2 weeks ago, and red onions yesterday. Need rain badly still. Nothing of any note since mid June and only one day heavy rain then.

Harvested my shallots and some Golden Bear onions as well yesterday. Have to say they have enjoyed this dry weather and no sign of the white onion rot that blighted last years crop.

Lots of broad beans and some rocket from raised bed at home.
First cucumber at home nearly ready to pick  :D
Foliage died back on charlottes so will dig them up soon.

Yesterday at the plot I harvested the first 2 sweetcorn cobs  :D  Plus cabbage, courgettes, cucumbers, borlotti beans, Czar runner beans grown for the beans rather than the pods and the first few autumn raspberries.  I also got a carrier bag full of Ferline and Crimsom Crush tomatoes, although I did pick anything showing colour to finish on the windowsill, before they got ruined by the strong winds, rain, hail and heaven knows what else predicted for the weather later on and today.

At home I picked the first Kaberi aubergine and a load of greenhouse tomatoes.

First pick of runner beans and a few autumn raspberries.

Dug a few Kestrel spuds to see how they were doing....excellent uniform size, a couple with scab otherwise fine.

Lots more tomatoes in greenhouse and pots at home.

Gales last night blew peas onto sweetcorn but no lasting damage i think. Also blew sightscreens over at our cricket ground, hoping no lasting damage there either!

Late beetroot and turnip planted last Monday were already germinated and showing well!

A rather large amount of big courgettes, that blows my plan out of the water to harvest them small to save having a glut lol, more cucumbers & a variety of beans
