Clear, cold and calm. Got a nice view of the stars tonight

Sun is up, lovely blue sky but only 1.5C Brr. Frost overnight with a low of -1.5C.

I thought it might warm up a bit during the day, but forecast is for a 'high' of 4C.

Clear skies but very chilly. No snow last night except what slid off my roof, sounded like a jumbo jet landing in my yard. My VW Golf estate has a 3 foot high white spoiler thingy on the roof now

Grey, wet and set to be the same all weekend.  No fog or snow, so we are better off than a lot of folk, but its dreary

I think it may be a cold night ahead - lovely crescent moon and hard, bright stars between black clouds. Wish I could figure out how to photograph it.

Grey, wet and persisting it down again, plus cold to boot. 

The rain has turned into snizzle at present - that great combination of stuff falling as tiny bits of wet snow and melting to general sogginess as it hits the ground
