I make Greek lamb koftas with oregano,a little thyme and a little chilli ;)

It was another tomato preserving day, so using some in a Puttanesca style sauce over Penne, as I've run out of spaghetti again. Doh!

Sausages, mash, cabbage plus onion and mushroom gravy yesterday.  Today is tortilla bake - like lasagne but with chilli and tortilla wraps.

Advice taken, and they were great.  Will be doing that mix again.  Thank you.   :)

Tonight is roast chicken, with steamed pots, beans, and whatever else I pick later on.  And redcurrant gravy of course.

 Glad you liked them  :)

I was lucky yesterday! We don't often see unfrozen seabream around here, so when I do see it I treat myself!
Has to be grilled and served with wedges, salad and mayo.
To complete the experience there will be Greek yoghurt with honey and hazelnuts for pud, and not forgetting the vino collapso  :D

Tray bake of plot spuds with sausages, plus roasted tomatoes, french beans and sweetcorn.

I've been asking OH to come and strim for me with little luck, so I floated the idea of taking the strimmer to the plot tomorrow and bringing the camping stove along as well for a corn feast.  My evil plan worked and with the first sweetcorn of the season being rapidly chomped down, he could only say yes

Going to be cold chicken, green salad and either potato cakes, or fried potatoes depending what I feel like at the time ...  or possibly just potato salad.

Chicken thighs traybake - chicken (obviously ;)) onions, peppers, tomatoes, squash slices and potato wedges.
Raspberries and squirty cream for an easy pud.

Chicken thighs traybake

Snap   I'm doing the same with plot veg and I've just found a couple of baby aubergine and a few peppers in the greenhouse.

Made stock from the chicken carcass and lots of herbs, so a risotto tonight with some sliced mushrooms in it.  I suspect we will want comfort food at the end of a dank day ...
