Cats love any newly-dug soil, so if I plant something in my veg bed I cover it with clematis netting supported by short canes. If your neighbours are good friends and they use cat litter, ask them for some then put it on a place that doesn't matter, get them to bring the cat and then scrabble its paws in it. Should get the message.
I work very hard so don't expect me to think as well.

Well ive revised my tea bags by steeping them in jayes fluid and putting in all the poop places and ive been poop free for a week even though i know the cats been it triggers the shed security liht , i have a walk round and found a couple but i didnt have a bag in place .
