I have just been into our local Matalan and they have a set of tableware that has handpainted chickens on it! Its cheap and cheerful and lovely for eggy breakfasts!
I got a pair of egg cups, a plate and a tray. Great fun!  :)

Worth a picture I think  8)

Sorry I have tried and tried and I have to go out now
The link to Facebook where I have uploaded the pics is at -
http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=20915&l=22678&id=653268331

You should be able to see them there.

If someone could point me to pic uploading instructions sometime it would be helpful. I just can't suss this site. I can code HTML believe it or not! I just don't get this system! Not that dumb - honest!!

Thanks Aunt Sally  :)
Like this then -

They had a whole set - tea cups, plates the lot. I am tempted to build up a little set! Not that I haven't got loads too much china already!  :?

I want a chicken inspired hanging for my new gate to the hen run.  I've been looking all over the place but might do a stencil instead. Not sure yet

years ago I bought one of those hen egg keepers. It's one of the brown ones but I love it and it lives on the mantlepiece above my kitchen range. Knew it would come in handy one day  :D  I got it from a charity shop in Helensburgh when I was up there visiting relatives.  Seen some hen gifts today on a web site from a blog somewhere on here. Can't recall whose it was, sorry    There are some beauties on that one  :D
