I would think also great way of getting all the little left over bits used up, ive got a load of bits of thread i keep saying i will do a big pic with them ,ive seen on a cruise we were on a tree made of splodges of mouve and different purples and i would like to do that at sometime .

Missed this one of my granddaughterstuff hat. She loved it so much I ended up making her best friends one too.

Hi goose girl.  I have pm'do you. Course I can scan and send you the pattern. The pattern says 250grms but in reality after making 8 I know know that for an average teenage/woman you need 100grms of double knit of with  an aran type wool larger needles and still 100grams. Send memail your details and I can send you the pattern as it was from a free pattern site so no problems with copyright etc. Thanks Juliec. X

just use smaller needles, for adults and aran/chunky  wool I use 5 and 6 needles and reduce the amount of rows and for smaller children 4 and 5 needles.

At long last I have finished my cross-stitch sampler for my great-niece and here it is. Just need to get it professionally framed then job's done!

Im starting a stained  glass butterfly  window in cross stitch couldnt wait to start but boy is there a huge ammount of fractional  stitches its in cross stitch gold 135 my fingers will be sore but it will be worth it  ::)

Yes , ive allways wanted to have a go , alot more easy than i thought they were.
My daughter makes and sells word art pics with your own details any occasion we do craft fayre s good fun and on the last one a ladyasked her if she could do save the date cards 60 of then she said she would do some examples and got the job the theam was gatsby .
