You're right. I must put up some terrible pictures - including of my terrible, yellow, manky cauliflowers.
Self-sufficient in rasberries and bindweed. Slug pellets can be handy.

seriously - that is why your website is so popliar John - we can all so easily identify with your successes and failures and didn't-make-time-to get-round-to-its on the plot!  and who would be daft enough to prioritise putting up a greenhouse over harvesting courgette after courgette after courgette off their recommended 15 plants?!!!  this is probably the last time I will mention your "greenhouse"...

Reading my diary, I realise I don't mention enough some of the best bits on the plot. Chatting with people, Larry dropping a cucumber off when I hadn't got any, J&J from 28 giving me some onions because I mentioned I'd lost a load.

Sitting quietly on my bench, on my own on the whole site and watching the birds.

As for the greenhouse, it's nice that people feel friendly enough to take the mickey/

What's a barn cloche? Can't be worse than putting up a polytunnel with just 2 of you!!!!!!

2 sides, 2 angled roof pieces and you block both ends.  Looks a bit like a barn.
