My excitement when ordering seeds means I have things I should never have bought ! I hope you have all done the same thing at least once !!

 I ordered  yacon tubers and the 2 of them are now sprouting happily on my windowsill,I intend to plant them down at the allotment in June.

Have any of you seasoned growers had any success with this plant before,and if so,have you any handy hints please? The 2 tubers were very expensive and I would hate to kill them accidentally!
