Rotovator Instruction Books
« on: October 25, 2008, 07:47 »
We have a lot of people who would like to get hold of instruction books for rotovators.
I would like to try to start a collection of these, so that we can help out.
If you have an instruction book, and wouldn't mind sending me a copy, either by email or post, please send a PM.
I'm interested in all models and makes, whether it be Howard, Mountfield, Flymo, Norlett, Atco, Qualcast, Merry Tiller ( we have Johns excellent copy on file ) Honda, or indeed anything A little more, shall we say, "modern"
What have you got?

Thank you in advance!

He who asks is a fool for five minutes, but he who does not ask remains a fool forever.

I've got the Flymo online now and started a page for manuals

I'm happy with manuals going up for old discontinued models but a bit cautious about Mantis (copyright issue). I'll ask the MD next week if he minds.
Check out our books - ideal presents

Monro Tiller Book Wanted
Good idea for a section on manuals.
I desperately want one for my Monro Tiller but can find very little information about them operating wise. The engine, no problem, but operation manual no go. Missed one on a certain auction site recently.........I forgot!!!  KICK!

Regards,
Decal Man

I have a collection of manuals for 'older' machines particularly Geo Monro products, Monro Tiller and Rototiller. I can supply photo copies at cost. some I can e-mail as I have scanned them.
I do have some original, new old stock, manuals for Monro Tiller series III machines, please contact me for price.

Landie57 - if you want to put any online I'm happy to scan them and return them to you after. You can PM me or contact me on john @ allotment-garden.org
(take the spaces out before and after the @ to make the email work)

I think you should ask Mantis for permission, point out that it would increase interest and possibly increase sales. After all, how many people actually buy the manuals? It may even be possible to get an ISO of the video for downloading.
