Growing spuds for December harvest

Will the new spuds I've harvested in the last weeks be OK to be grown in containers in the polytunnel for late December harvesting?

It's a bit late to be harvesting potatoes to plant for Christmas, as they need 60 days before you can re-plant the tubers
