Leek pie(Gob's)/alliums and apple

2 big or 3-4 smaller leeks, sliced
a couple of garlic cloves (or more if mild), finely chopped, mashed or pressed, stir them into the onion sauce
2 sticks of celery, sliced
100 g of slicing pork sausage from the deli, chopped(or garlic sausage and leave the garlic out)
1 large, sweet eating apple, cored and cubed
1 small pot of single cream
1 sachet of Schwartz' onion sauce, prepared
1 handful of chopped chives(optional)
1 sheet of shortcrust pastry to cover a large pie dish

Method

Put them all in the pie dish.



 :D :D :D Leave the apples for the top layer. Pour over the sauce and cream, scatter with the chives, if using (or garlic chives) and cover with the pastry. About forty minutes at 200 C.
