Post by: grinling on October 29, 2017, 15:26
Doing  an IPA kit and I noticed today the lumps and scum on top in the fermenting bin. Do I throw or bottle?

Help

I'd give it a taste first Grinling.  If it seems to be ok, it may be worth carefully racking into a clean bin or bottles (avoiding the scum/lumps as much as possible).  Worth a try.  :)

Wasn't sure if it was brewing or a medical issue when I read your heading!
