Hi, about 8 weeks ago i treat my hens for lice they are now clear, 3 out of 5 had and still have missing feathers on the breast area, some parts look quite red and some feather tips have like dried blood round them, any ideas whats going on, and how long does it take for feathers to grow back

Lice do not usually make feathers drop out.  I think the feather loss if from another reason like moult or broody.
