I took some cuttings from 6 raspberry caines last year and they are all looking good,when should i be planting them in to my allotment plz

As long as they have roots you should plant them in their final positions as soon as you can.

I wonder which is good for raspberries to start, suckers in spring or cuttings sticked into ground during autumn.

Raspberries are rampant. You do not bother with any cuttings, just divide and dispose of, the most of them. The rest you replant.
