Bacon chops, grilled mushrooms, mash and the last (January King) cabbage off the plot.  Roll on summer!

I've been a bit yucky the last couple of days with a bug, but back to normal now  :)

I'm going for a roast pork, roasties, veg and spoon standing tonight.  That was planned for yesterday, but I wasn't up to either cooking or eating it  ::)

Glad to hear you are back on your feet, NS!  You must be to be looking forward to a roast dinner ...  how about some sage and onion stuffing and apple sauce to make it properly the works?   :)  Not that I am drooling here ... ::)

Other half of the sausage casserole tonight, with sprouts and mash - assuming it stops raining long enough to go fetch the sprouts!  :(

Late night yesterday, so ended up with cheese salad sandwiches.

Tonight is going to be something involving leftover pork and various veggies in the fridge.  I feel a stir-fry coming on

Just popped up the lotty to pick PSB before the rain sets in. Tonight it'll be sweet dumpling squash stuffed with savoury minced steak (maybe with a cheddar top) and loads of purple sprouting on the side.

A vat of cottage pie base is in the slow cooker - I chanced on some bargain mince in t*sco last night.  So some of it will get topped with mince for tonight, accompanied by some runners or baked beans.  Not sprouts - it is coming down stair-rods!
