Hi.
can anything be done with quince after you hace drained off the juice? It seems such a waste to throw it away. all suggestions gratefully recieved.

Yes thank you. but can only find quince cheese. Bit of a faff to get rid of the pips at this stage. Will re-boil and get more juice, add pears and make a jelly. Hope it works.
