Hello all

First of all check out Gold Standard whey protein here and happy new year to all members. can anyone give me any information Please on the best way on keeping  Venus Flytrap plant (Dionea) and Trumpet pitchers Plant (Sarracena) over winter eg soil types and watering -

Venus flytraps tend to go dormant in the winter so they don't need as much water but they need lots of light still.

If their soil gets too wet during dormancy they can accumulate fungus and bacteria. I usually water mine every 2 weeks in the winter.
